HOW TO ENTER:This promotion ("Promotion") sponsored by KAS Direct, LLC d/b/a Babyganics ("Sponsor") is comprised of a Daily Prize Sweepstakes and a Grand Prize Sweepstakes. The Promotion begins on Monday, July 21, 2014 at 12:00:00 A.M. ET and ends on Sunday, September 7, 2014 at 11:59:59 P.M. ET (the "Promotion Period"). To enter, you must first register. To register, (a) visit the Babyganics^® Facebook page at www.Facebook.com/Babyganics during the Promotion Period; (b) if you have not previously done so, "Like" the page; (c) click on the "Summer to Discover" application tab; (d) complete the registration form fully and accurately with all the required information; (e) accept the Official Rules; and (f) submit the registration.

Daily Prize Sweepstakes: To enter subsequent Daily Prize drawings, you may return to enter once per day during the Promotion Period by (a) clicking on the "Summer to Discover" application tab; and (b) submitting your entry. Limit one (1) Daily Prize entry per person/email address per day throughout the Promotion Period with the exception of the Bonus Share Entry, where consumers may earn an additional entry daily. Limit one (1) Daily Prize awarded per person/e-mail address/per household during the Promotion Period. Entrants who have won one (1) Daily Prize cannot enter again for another Daily Prize, but remain eligible to win (and can continue to receive entries into) the Grand Prize.

Daily Prize Sweepstakes is comprised of forty-nine (49) Daily Prize periods ("Daily Prize Period"). Each Daily Prize Period begins at 12:00:00 A.M. (ET) and ends at 11:59:59 P.M. (ET) that same day. During the Promotion Period, there will be one (1) Daily Prize awarded every Monday through Sunday.

Grand Prize Sweepstakes: To receive additional entries in the Grand Prize drawing, you may return to enter on each subsequent day during the Promotion Period by (a) clicking on the "Summer to Discover" application tab; and (b) submitting your entry. Limit one (1) Grand Prize Sweepstakes entry per person/email address per day throughout the Promotion Period with the exception of the Bonus Share Entry, where consumers may earn an additional entry daily.

Bonus Share Entry: During the Promotion Period, entrants can receive one (1) additional Daily Prize and Grand Prize entry per day by sharing the "Summer To Discover" promotion via the entrant’s share link. Entrants will be prompted upon confirmation of the entry process to share the "Summer To Discover" promotion. The entrant will receive an additional entry when a friend clicks that link and enters the "Summer to Discover" promotion. Every entry must be manually key-stroked and manually entered by the individual entrant. No mass entries will be accepted. Incomplete, duplicate, mechanically reproduced or automated entries are not permitted and will be deemed void. All entry information will be held and used in accordance with these Official Rules and Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, which can be found on the "Summer to Discover" application tab. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, an entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder who submitted the entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, Internet service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. A potential winner may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that he or she is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning Daily Prize or Grand Prize Sweepstakes entry, as applicable. If a dispute cannot be resolved, the entry will be deemed ineligible.

ELIGIBILITY: Promotion open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited. Employees, agents, officers, directors and members of Sponsor, Votigo, Inc. ("Administrator") and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies and anyone involved in the Promotion’s development or execution, and the immediate family members (meaning spouses, parents, siblings, children and their respective spouses, grandparents and grandchildren) and members of the households of such employees, agents, officers, and directors are not eligible to enter or win a prize in this Promotion. By taking part in this Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify from this Promotion any person it believes has intentionally violated these Official Rules. Promotion subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

PRIZES: All federal, state and local taxes, and other charges, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner. In compliance with United States Internal Revenue Service regulations, Sponsor or Administrator will send a Form 1099-MISC to the potential Grand Prize Winner, which requires disclosure to Sponsor or Administrator of Winner’s social security number. Prizes cannot be sold, transferred or bartered in whole or in part and no substitutions or cash equivalents allowed, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. All prize details shall be determined solely by Sponsor and Sponsor reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability.

Daily Prizes: There are forty-nine (49) Daily Prizes available to be won during the Promotion Period. One (1) Daily Prize will be awarded each day. See below for date, prize and approximate retail value for each Daily Prize.

ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning a Daily Prize depend on the number of Daily Prizes available to be awarded during a particular Daily Prize Period and the number of eligible daily entrants. The odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received for the Grand Prize Sweepstakes.

WINNER SELECTION/NOTIFICATION:

Daily Prize Notification: Daily Prize Winners will be selected in a random drawing within 5 business days following the conclusion of each Daily Prize Period. Daily Prize Winners will receive an email notification confirming their winner status on the following business day after each Daily Prize Period random drawing, in accordance with these Official Rules, and will receive the prize indicated for that day. Winner acceptance and signed affidavits are not required to claim Daily Prizes and prizes will be shipped to winners following email notification. A "screen shot" is not evidence of winning a prize. All Daily Prizes will be shipped via UPS or comparable carrier to winners’ registered address within six to eight (6-8) weeks following the Daily Prize random drawing unless otherwise indicated.

Grand Prize Sweepstakes Drawing/Notification: One (1) potential Grand Prize Winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period on or about September 15, 2014. The potential Grand Prize Winner will be notified by telephone and e-mail. In order to be the confirmed Grand Prize Winner, potential winner will be required to complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and, where legal, a Publicity Release, and any other documentation that Sponsor may require, including without limitation, an IRS Form W-9, and to see to it that Sponsor is in receipt of such information and documents within seven (7) calendar days of being requested to provide the same.

If a potential winner does not comply with any of the requirements of these Official Rules, even if such person’s name has already been announced on the Internet (e.g.,on Sponsor’s Facebook page, website, or on social media sites, etc.), or in any other media or by any other means, the prize will be forfeited. If a potential prize winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, declines to accept the prize or if the notification is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner is otherwise unreachable for any reason following first attempted notification, or the potential winner fails to return any required documents, the prize will be forfeited and Sponsor may award the prize to an alternate entrant.
